WELCOME MADDIE TAYLOR

What is your Fantasy Valentine’s Day:

My fantasy came true last year.  Hubby is a big kid and likes his toys.  I must say, I also benefit from his little hobby, shall we call it.  Our collection has become quite large.  Every year on Valentine’s Day, we each add an item to our collection.  Of course, we try them out right away.  To keep from getting in a rut of the same old-same old, we (he) came up with a little game last V Day.  In a little bag we have written the name of every item in the toy box.  Each time we haul out the toy box (yes, sometimes we are vanilla), I draw three items from the bag, whatever I draw is what we use.  Hubby can get quite inventive when three of the same type item are drawn at the same time.  Try it, I promise you’ll like it.  Although I must confess, I was daring and removed an item tag from the bag.  He quickly caught on though.  My punishment was to have that item (nasty clamps) used on me in addition to the other three items until he felt I had sufficiently learned my lesson.  I’m still waiting for that day to come… OUCH!  Don’t be surprised to see this as a Decadence story line someday soon.  <wink>

When a mysterious invitation to a new BDSM club arrives in Valerie Thornton’s mailbox, she sees it as a fateful intervention. She has long suppressed her desire for a strong man who can nurture her inner-most desires and bring the submissive inside her to life. Now widowed with an empty nest, she’s alone, unfulfilled and wondering what she’s been missing.

Walking into the most exclusive club in LA all alone, Valerie almost loses her nerve, but the testosterone-filled atmosphere is pure temptation. Each dominant man she sees is sexier and more handsome than the last. When she meets intimidating Eric Dupree, the Master Dom takes her breath away. He seems perfect for her and Val knows he could bring her secret fantasies to life. She’s ready to throw herself at his feet, but refrains. How could he possibly be interested in a forty-year-old BDSM novice like herself?

As managing partner and Rossi CFO, Eric should be thrilled. Club Decadence LA is successful and Rossi is growing by leaps and bounds. But as he approaches middle age, he finds that he needs more than his career and bachelor lifestyle can give him. In walks Valerie Thornton, an innocent to his world. What has brought her to his club, of all places, and why can’t he get her out of his mind?

“Tell me, my lovely, are you brave enough to go after what you want?”

Lips parting in response, her tongue swept out to wet them, making them glisten. The pulse in her throat fluttered and her skin flushed a becoming pink—the effects of an adrenaline rush quite clear. Fight or flight, which would she choose? His mood lightened as she looked up at him, the heightened emotions evident. He knew before she said it that she’d opted to fight and would rise to the challenge.

“Yes, Master Eric, that’s exactly why I’m here. To finally go after what I want.”

Harper Hicks is a bonafide witch, who has brewed up a bonafide love potion for sale to the normal and not so normal customers at her bookstore. After all, who doesn’t want a little extra heat around Valentine’s Day? And this one is guaranteed to make fantasies come true. What could possibly go wrong?

EXCERPT:

Restlessly, Harper chatted with the regulars while Damien rang up sales: a selection of incense and a pentacle nose ring for the sorta-goth teen girl, a set of altar candles for Mrs. Emerson, a very nice Bastet statuette for Amelia MacGuire’s collection, a fairy coloring book and toy wand for Mrs. Fern’s granddaughter, Aunt Agatha’s monthly supply of herbs and essential oils (which the old bird could have easily ordered online herself, but witches of Aunt Agatha’s generation retained a lofty disdain for ‘gadgetry’ of that sort), and a stack of books for a nervous-looking stranger with titles like Sexual Alchemy and The Illustrated Guide to Tantric Massage. After the last of them was out the door (Aunt Agatha toddled off into the cupboard under the stairs and disappeared with a flash of light and a whump of collapsing air), Harper hopped down to lock it and flip the welcome frog from Open to Closed.

“Big news?” Damien prompted, moving over to clean up the coffee area.

“Yep. Where’d I put it? I’ve been working on this for months, off and on, but I had a whatchamacallit, a eureka moment, on my lunch break—”

“Can you still call it a lunch break when you’re gone six hours? Because I call that ditching.”

“Yeah, yeah. If I want to hear my mother’s opinion, I’ll call her. Check it out.” Harper successfully located the page she wanted among the damp and smudged papers that had been her umbrella minutes ago and thrust it out triumphantly.

Damien took it and held it at arm’s length, squinting. He was a man, as he had often explained during his years in her employ, and real men did not wear reading glasses. “Warm ye rainwater in which are set the petals of the red rose…you’ve crossed that out and wrote infused with rosehips.”

 “I sure did.”

“…over a fire of burning mandrake, male and female,” he continued. “And you’ve doodled in some anatomically-improbable plants that appear to be having an orgy while on fire. This sounds familiar. Did you copy it out of Verity’s book?”

“Yup. And perfected it.”

 “Perfected what, exactly?”

“That,” said Harper proudly, “is a real-live love potion.”

 Damien frowned.

“Your line is, ‘Wow, that’s amazing. You’re so talented and attractive.’”

His frown deepened. He put the paper down and pushed it away slightly. “You’re not planning on making this, are you?”

 “I sure am.”

 “For who?”

“What do you mean, for who? For people. You know.” She waved vaguely at the shop around her. “People.”

 “For sale?!”

Taken aback, Harper began to feel uncomfortably defensive. “Why the tone?”

“You’re planning to sell a magic potion, one that—if I’m understanding you right—is genuinely magic and genuinely works, to Fred and Franny Fluffbunny off the street and you think I’ve got a tone?! Your dad would shit kittens if he knew you were doing this!”

“Well, no one’s going to tell him, are they?” Harper snapped back, annoyed. “Why would you even bring him up? I’m almost thirty! Besides, it’s harmless!”

What’s your fantasy Valentine’s Day?

To be honest, my fantasy Valentine’s Day would involve coming home to a dinner I didn’t have to cook—or better yet, going out to dinner so I don’t have to clean up either—snuggling on the couch under a blanket, with a warming fire and a good movie, like Rambo or District 9, on the TV.  Sex would not be too far out of line, either, but I don’t normally need a special day to get that. 😉

Since a competing sweet shop opened its doors, things have not gone well for Sinclair’s candy shop, Maybe’s Candy. Business was slowing, her finances were dropping, and no matter what she does she just can’t think of any way to get her business back on top. Even the one highlight of her week—that moment when handsome Parker Johnson, a man she’d been flirting with for over a year, came to buy his usual bag of caramels—even that wasn’t much of a treat. How could it be when Sinclair already knew something was wrong with him? She couldn’t quite put her finger on what it was—was he married, gay, a homicidal maniac?—but a guy didn’t show this much interest in a girl without asking her out, at least not without a good reason. And Parker most definitely has not asked her out.

Then, an unexpected ray of good luck: From out of the blue, she’s offered a job. All she has to do is cater a candy party—one day, 900 people, and her store would be financially set all the way through summer. The only catch? The venue is a place called the Castle, a fantasy BDSM resort inhabited by some of the hottest Masters she has ever met. And one of them just happens to be Parker, the same man she’s been drooling over for the last year.

What a coincidence! Or is it? Sinclair always knew there was something wrong with him. What she didn’t know, was how he could make WRONG feel so wonderfully RIGHT.

EXCERPT:

“I’m not married.” He wanted to tell her that this was as bad as it got with him, but he wasn’t sure just how “bad” she considered all this and, to be honest, he himself had never really considered it bad to begin with. How could he? This was who he was, who he had always been even back before he knew what to call it.

He was a Dom, a man who derived intense sexual pleasure from the act of dominating women. This was only the second time in his life when who he was at his core had ever proved itself to be a problem. After the first, he’d sworn never again to waste his time with someone who did not share at least some of his kinks. Apparently, his heart had missed that memo, because it had taken shockingly little time to fall in absolute infatuation with Sinclair, a woman as vanilla as the scent that filled her shop.

She gazed up at him with such big eyes, it hurt to look at them. He tried to turn away but she caught his arm. “Is it an act or do you…” Again, she looked helpless around them. “Do you like this sort of thing?”

Parker caught his breath, a sound that was as much frustration as disbelief that she would even bother to ask. She may as well have asked him to explain the creation of all life on Earth. “Sinclair…”

“No, really,” she pressed. “I won’t laugh. I just… I’m confused. I’m trying to understand.”

“Understand what?” he countered, not just facing her now but moving closer. Looming deliberately to make himself an even bigger presence beside her. “What exactly do you want to know? Does it make me feel powerful to have a woman get down on her knees and present herself before me? You bet it does. Is it pleasurable to bind her, pin her down, spread her helplessly open to my touch, my sight, whatever I desire?” He didn’t feel like it right now, but Parker smiled anyway. “Yes. Hell yes, even. Do I enjoy inflicting pain? Do I like to spank?”

She tried to step back then, but he kept pace with her, backing her right up against the stone wall. He leaned into her, resting his hands to either side of her head. Her eyes were so wide, he could see himself in them, and her chest heaved, her breasts lifting. If he leaned just a little bit closer, he could have felt the soft scrape of her tightening nipples brush up against him. “What do you really want to know, sweetness? Do you want to know what it would feel like for me to dominate you? Do you want to feel my hands pinning yours, my mouth and teeth nipping at the tips of your breasts? Do you want to know if you’ll moan for me to continue or cry for me to stop? I dare say, depending on my mood, you might do a fair amount of both, but I promise, if you’ve been a good little girl, I’ll make you come so many times you forget your own name.”

In his experience, strong and confident women usually balked at being called “little” girls, good or otherwise. Sinclair only quavered, “A-and if I haven’t?”

That look, that voice, that shiver—all three speared him right to the very core. Parts of him softened; another significant part of him hardened with instant interest.

“Then you’d give me no choice.” He shifted his hand to brush her hair back from her cheek. “I guess I’d just have to put you across my knee and spank your naughty little bottom until it’s so hot you can’t sit down.”

Her soft mouth parted, her lips rounding into mirrors of surprise that matched her wide green eyes.

“Does that frighten you?” he asked, but it wasn’t fear that he saw inside her. Startlement, yes. Arousal, definitely not, but at least she wasn’t frightened.

She even shook her head. “I’m n-not scared of you, Parker.”

That shivery little voice and her use of his name both went straight to his cock. He couldn’t help himself. He brushed her cheek with his thumb, and then dipped down to caress her bottom lip the same way. “Good. I’m glad.”

An excuse that is not good enough for Brandon Fuller.

After Karen’s car breaks down, he comes to the rescue only to be chewed out by the fiery, hot-tempered brat. He informs her that he won’t fix her car unless she accepts a spanking for her behavior and having broken her phone during her last tantrum, she has little choice but to accept. What she’s not prepared for is how much she’ll enjoy discovering the pain that often accompanies pleasure.

 EXCERPT:

My heart pounded in my ears and my mouth went dry. I swallowed hard, my tongue tasting as gritty as sandpaper as my mind raced. I certainly didn’t want to let him spank me—at least, I didn’t think I did—but what else could I do? “And if I don’t?” I asked, tossing my head. I felt my black hair swish behind me. I was pretty sure I knew the answer, but I had to be sure.

“If you don’t, you’ll need to find someone else to come out and take care of this for you.”

I nodded. I hadn’t expected any less. “I can pay you double your normal fee,” I replied briskly. It was an old stand-by, and it had never failed me.

Until now. I could see it in his face, in his cocked eyebrow, the way his shoulders had set. This had nothing to do about money and was about principle. By suggesting I could change it by throwing money at him, I’d damaged his pride. “That isn’t going to work on me,” he said, his tone suddenly cool, confirming everything I’d suspected. “But if you need a phone, you can borrow mine.”

I had been mentally kicking myself—why did I always think money solved everything? Never mind that it usually did—but once his words registered all I could do was blink at him. I prided myself on being able to read people quickly, but this man was an enigma if I’d ever met one. A tall, hunky enigma that had sex appeal coming out of every toned muscle. “Really?” I finally managed to squeak out.

“Of course.” There was that amazing smile again. “I’m not a jerk, Karen.”

I tried to fight it, but I couldn’t resist smiling back, just a little. “That’s the first time you haven’t called me ‘Ms. Donahue’.”

“Yeah, I guess it is. You aren’t going to yell at me again, are you?”

My cheeks colored—I could feel the heat practically radiating from them—and I mutely shook my head.

 “Good girl.”

What is your Fantasy Valentine’s Day?

Mmm, this is the day when my Dev realizes how much he could honestly get away with. When he stops asking to do things and starts telling me what he’s going to do. 😉 Demanding I call him a certain name I.e. sir, master, daddy. Ties me up, cuffs me and has his way and I have no control—none. Of course the kids will all have to be somewhere else so I can cry and beg for him to stop and all of that. 😉

Charlie’s lies, abominable driving and strong family ties continue to bring the two together. She can’t run away far enough or fast enough and maybe—just maybe she should be running to Vin—not away, even if it meant a trip over his knee.

EXCERPT:

“No, uh—wait, you mean when you got pulled over for speeding? I thought you didn’t get a ticket?” Miranda lifted a meticulously waxed and plucked brow at Charlie. Her blue eyes were perfectly curious and framed in dark, long lashes.

“I didn’t that day. He came back to my house with a ticket a couple days later. He said he looked me up to send flowers to the hospital. And when he found out I lied, he came to my house…” Charlie felt a little warm under her gray long-sleeved knit, and charcoal-colored vest. Why, she didn’t know. She and Miranda had been in trouble together many times since the third grade.

A wide grin split across Miranda’s face. “He wanted to send you flowers when he thought your Mom was really dying? So he likes you. He wants you.”

“Maybe, until he realized I’m the world’s biggest and worst liar. A big fat ticket is not as lovely as a bouquet of flowers, Miranda. But, that isn’t the worst of it… It turns out he is Jenna’s cousin. He was at their house the other night.” The cop car pulled away, but she couldn’t tell if it was him or not. Dang it.

“That means you will see him again!” Miranda held up her hand to give Charlie a high-five. “We should double-date for Valentine’s Day.”

Charlie glared at her and didn’t raise her hand to give Miranda the celebratory high-five. “I’m not sure I want to see the guy again. And I will be working all-day. Besides, he probably doesn’t want to see me either.”

“Lame, Charlie. Lame. You need to loosen up. Track this guy down, like he did you. I’m sure Jenna would help you. You’d find out really quick if he’s interested. Besides, I bet he’s hot, most cops are.” She licked her lips. “He is, isn’t he?” Miranda giggled.

“There is no way I’d do that. If he’s interested he’ll have to find me, but I’m not sure I like him anyway. He was rather—oh, I don’t know. I’m afraid he could be rather, well, like Alex.”

“Dominant, spanking?” Her perfect eyebrows rose again, her eyes sparkled and she paid absolutely no attention to what had to be an obvious embarrassment at the mention of the word ‘spanking’. “Spanking can be fun, when it’s not your brother… sexy spankings…”

WELCOME ELODIE PARKES!

candybanner1rgb98

Thank you for inviting me to the blog today with my new release romance books.

The Flower Box and Candy Hearts, are released very close together, February 7 and 14 by Hot Ink Press.

Contemporary, erotic romance, and without my usual twist of paranormal, fantasy or magic, I’ve enjoyed writing these love stories. They are both Valentine’s Day oriented stories, but can be read anytime. Although they fit into the category of erotic romance, because the bedroom door is open, they are classic romance stories with happy endings.

The Flower Box (February 7) Novella

Alice longs for love. Oliver wants to give her flowers and candy until he thinks she has another lover. Will his jealously drive him away from Alice or straight into her arms?

Candy Hearts (February 14) a Hot Ink Single

Tom found a new job, but can he find love?

Working in a surf coast hotel seems like the remedy for his previous unhappiness, but as Valentine’s Day approaches, Tom realizes he’s lonely, and looks around for someone to love.

TheFlowerBoxbanner1What’s hot about The Flower Box?

Oliver,

  • he’s not afraid to admit to Alice that he finds her irresistible
  •  he’s very sexual and physically strong
  • he’s centered, happy with what he does

The story is about two people who could pass you on the street. You might look at Oliver because he’s gorgeous, you might look at Alice because she’s pretty and has an aura of sadness to begin with, but they are real people. Their jobs are not unattainable. There’s no billionaire Cinderella story here. It could happen to you.

What’s hot about Candy Hearts?

  • The main female character, she smolders, and Tom the main male character he’s a sexy sweetheart. Tom’s the lovely blue eyed guy next door. He’s a keeper.
  • The story because it reflects things that happen in life. Often they don’t get resolved, people pass like ships in the night, in stories we get the happy ending.

Author Interview:

Are you working on another book right now?

I’m working on three books, right now, a contemporary romance that has a mystery thread through it, a contemporary ménage romance, and a contemporary shifter romance.

Naturally, they are all erotic love stories, with HEA. I have to have that in my books

Why do you write the genre?

I want love in the world. I want soft sighs and whispers. I want care and understanding between people. (Utopia I know) I like happy endings. There are so few in real life, it seems to me, and so I write them. I write the hot sex that the characters would fall into when in a loving relationship. Not very politically correct I know, but my characters are physically beautiful (mainly) and I do that on purpose because humans like beauty, they aspire to it, and beautiful people are like flowers for me. They adorn the world with loveliness. Speaking as a heterosexual woman nothing is better than a gorgeous man with a sculpted body and lovely eyes for me. Mmm maybe trees, trees are great, the ocean, that’s fabulous too. Music, music lifts my soul. There you go I’m in love with beauty in general.

What do you enjoy most about writing?

I enjoy the way my characters become so real to me and their worlds that I create. It’s almost magic the way the story setting just unfolds for me. I can actually see the places in my mind. I see the place better than the faces of my characters. I hear my characters and know them, but often their face is not clear. Maybe that’s because I feel their heart and know that readers will assign a different face to them according to their imagination.

What do you like the least?

Marketing. It’s so time consuming and quite soul destroying when you’d rather be writing. I always thought that publishers helped with marketing, that’s hardly true at all. (Smiles)

Would you like to see any of your books as movies?

None of them. I’d be there fussing about the script staying true to the book, or the casting, especially the casting. (Laughs).

What things do you like to do to relax?

I find writing relaxing, but I also like to get out into the countryside near where I live. I enjoy visiting the historic places across the country too. I read, watch movies and I love music. I’m often singing along with something as I drive.

Do you have another job as well as writing?

Yes, I have to. I work for an antiques emporium.

If you could have one super power in your existence, what would it be?

It would have to be healing.

What makes you cry?

Cruelty. To people, but cruelty to animals is the worst for me. Animals are so innocent. When I see dogs that have been abused I always cry, because I know dogs feel the same emotions as humans. It’s the same for any animal I see that’s been abused, I just weep. Many animals have been assigned lesser status than human beings and now scientists are discovering they are highly intelligent, communicative, highly sensed beings in the same way humans are.

What makes you laugh?

Not a lot these days (smiles)

If money were no object, where would you most like to live?

I live in the country I want to, maybe I’d move down the coast to Cornwall or Devon where the surf coast is.

What kind of car would you have if money was no object?

I have the car I want. I’m a Jeep person and always drive them.

What’s your favorite food?

Fruits and potatoes, (cooked any way.)

Favorite color?

I have two I love, oh wait three, blue, purple and green. (All the shades of each) I love color.

Can you think of a song or piece of music that could be your theme tune?

I used to say Coldplay: Speed of Sound, now I think maybe its Primitive Radio God, ‘Standing Outside A Broken Phone Booth With Money In My Hand’

One half verse sticks in my mind so vividly,

A life is time, they teach us growing up

The seconds ticking killed us all

A million years before the fall

I feel we are bound by time, societally constructed time, and it’s so controlling and restrictive.

Just answer these questions as quickly as possible.

Chocolate or vanilla?

Neither, I like lemon and orange

Dog or cat?

Dog and cat and horse and there’s an owl in the woods near where I live that I’m fond of.

The film or the book?

both (sorry)

Jeans or skirt?

jeans, but sometimes little black dress

Beach or Snow resort?

countryside and beach

Heels or flats?

Boots, depends where I’m going if they are heeled or flat

Stockings or pantyhose?

Stockings, love them

Top or bottom?

Er…both if I can get it…

Is there anything you would like to say to your readers?

Thank you for reading my books. I write from the heart so you get a piece of it every time you read one of my stories. (Smiles)

Characters Interview

Welcome to Oliver and Tom, Oliver stars in The Flower Box and Tom in Candy Hearts

Oliver, tell us something about Alice, how would you describe her in a few words?

Alice is just great. She’s the love of my life so I’m biased in my opinion I guess you know. She’s brave, capable, and independent. She likes the park and water. She’s very pretty, slender, intelligent, kind, and generous, and she treats everyone and thing well. She’s great at her job and runs her own business. She’s sexy. (He grins)

Tom, describe your loved one in a few words. (Tom’s asked us not to give away her name, when you read the story you’ll know why)

Very sexy, giving, clever, thoughtful, a great lover, knows what she wants or needs to do and goes for it. She’s full of surprises, she loves me, and she works hard at her jobs. I couldn’t live without her now.

So guys tell the readers about how you met the leading ladies in your stories.

Tom: I met my love in a coffee shop. She was a waitress. On one occasion, she gave me a look that nearly melted the chair I was sitting on besides parts of me touching it. (laughs)

Oliver: I met her in person in a flower and candy shop. I’d seen her before but not close up.

Can you describe when you first knew you were in love?

Oliver tell us about when you knew you loved Alice.

It might be a spoiler if I told all. I thought I’d lost her, that woke me up with a jolt. (smiles)

What about you Tom?

It was hard to let myself fall in love, I think I loved her very soon though and just pushed it away.

Is there anything you would have changed about the story, your name, job, story setting, anything?

Tom: I’ve never thought about that. I don’t mind my name and in the story I get to change jobs. I used to hate what I did so that was great. The setting goes with the job, and is a cool place, I think.

Oliver: I like my name. I love my job. It’s not what I set out to do when I went to college, but it’s great. The setting for the story wouldn’t be able to change, that’s where I work and where Alice works, and where we live, plus it’s a cool city. (smiles)

Will each of you choose an excerpt from the story that you enjoy?

Oliver: Is there a rating level on your blog? Mine has to be a love scene.

Tom: Mine too. (laughs)

Just choose what you want, and thank you both for coming along today.

Oliver: Thank you. It’s been fun.

Tom: I’ve enjoyed meeting you, so thank you.

smallFloweer copyExcerpt from The Flower Box 18+ rated

Alice took him down the narrow alley that led to the back of her shop. Halfway down there Oliver stopped. He guessed she was taking him home to bed, but the kisses they’d shared ignited a need in him that was surprising. He had to kiss her again right then.

Alice turned to him as he stopped walking. The small white walkway lights shone on her hair.

Oliver’s cock stirred as he pulled her close. He found her mouth and grazed her bottom lip with his as he closed his eyes. He pushed her back against the wall, then took her hands and held them down locking his fingers with hers. He slid his tongue against her lips until she opened her mouth. The feel of her hips against him made him sigh. Oliver kissed her as his cock hardened and strained against his jeans. He pressed the hard column against her stomach.

Her moan reached his ears as he kissed down her neck.

He wanted to suck her soft skin and feel her pussy around his fingers. He let go of her hands to lift her skirt.

She pressed her neck against his face as he sucked.

He pulled her skirt up around her waist and kissed up to her ear. “I want you,” he whispered into her ear and she gasped. Oliver pushed her pantyhose down around her thighs. He kissed her lips, and felt her part them to moan as he slid his hand between her legs. She was wet and his cock jerked. His breath came in short gasps as he pushed two fingers into her pussy. The feel of her inner muscles around his fingers sent a spike of sensation through his cock. He thought he’d come right then as his hips thrust in response to her opening her legs wider for his hand. He murmured against her mouth. “You feel so good. I can’t wait to get you home.”

Alice kissed him. “Let’s go. I’m desperate for you.”

Her words made his cock leak. He wondered if he could make it to her car. He took his fingers from her pussy and lingered with his fingertips against her clit.

She held his shoulders and kissed him hard.

Oliver took his fingers from her clit and rested his face against hers. “Sorry, Alice, does anyone else use this path?”

Her voice was low as she answered against his cheek. “Not usually.”

He hugged her. “That’s good.” He moved from her

She made a little sound as he pulled her pantyhose up.

He held her face and kissed her tenderly. “Let’s go.”

She watched him closely.

Tom saw her gaze trace his mouth, then his body. The atmosphere between them charged as she broadcast attraction signals. He edged his hand along the tabletop so that he might touch hers when she reached for her water glass.

It happened as they stared at each other.

Tom’s cock hardened as the prickle of desire flew along his arm from her touch. He saw her eyes darken and she leaned into him. He took hold of her hand then, locking fingers with hers. He had to kiss her. He raised his other hand, slid it gently along her cheek, and brought her head to his.

The kiss was devastatingly sexy. His cock, rock hard now, pushed at his suit pants. Sky’s lips parted for his tongue. He kissed her, and the steady hum of the restaurant guests’ chatter receded. Surrounded by the scent of her silky hair and softness of her skin, Tom took his time. He held her head to his until he felt her try to move from the kiss, away from him. He let her end the kiss, but he tightened his grip on her hand. As he lifted his head he realized their food had arrived and the server waited by the table for them to end the kiss. He smiled and let go of her hand.

She smiled too leaning back so that the plate could be placed on the table in front of her.

As they ate little bites of their steaks, Tom again asked for her real name.

He swallowed. “I’d love to know your name. Seriously, after that kiss, I can’t keep calling you Sky.” He saw her hesitate, and then she answered.

IT’S SATURDAY SPANKS!!

Saturday Spankings

#SAT #SPANKS

Yay, it’s Saturday and that means it’s time for Saturday Spanks. I’m absolutely thrilled. Blushing Books has contracted my new spanking story, ‘Just Right for Me’ and I’m sharing eight sentences with you today. Don’t forget to click on the pic above to view the list of authors participating in this weeks hop. Enjoy and have a wonderful weekend.

Mia may have agreed to a spanking relationship, but she still tries to find ways to get around a punishment when she breaks a rule. She gets sick and Ross orders her to stay in bed and rest. Does she listen? Nope. As soon as he’s out the door she’s out of bed. But Ross doesn’t punish her while she’s sick, he waits until she feels a whole lot better. Several days pass by and Ross inquires on how she’s feeling. When she tells him ‘wonderful’ she’s shocked when he gets up from the couch, unbuckles his belt and politely informs her that she’s due a punishment.

“What punishment?”

He clicked his tongue in a condescending manner. “Don’t tell me you’ve forgotten.” He shook his head sadly. “You went to the Dirty Dog Salon after I told you not to.”

Mia’s jaw dropped.  “That happened several days ago. Surely you’re not going to punish me now. It’s too late.”

Ross chuckled. “There’s no statute of limitations on a spanking, Mia.”

Yay, contract with Blushing Books!

My new manuscript, ‘Just Right for Me’ has been picked up by Blushing Books. Yes, there’s lots of spanking in the story along with a sexy ex-Marine and a sassy hot-tempered little lady. Can’t wait to reveal my cover!!
