This past winter felt as if it would go on forever! Spring is finally here and although it’s been a bit more cooler than usual, I’ll take this weather over snow any day. What I love most about this time of the year is the baby animals. The Robins are back and busy building their nests. The Catbirds are here along with the most cutest little house wren who takes residence in the birdhouse I have hanging on my flowering plum tree. My Hummingbird feeders are up and running too. Love Hummingbirds ❤
Baby Chipmunks are climbing in my Azalea bushes and the squirrels follow me around the yard looking for handouts. Oh, and we can’t forget about the deer. Last year there were three sets of twins. I enjoyed sitting outside while the mother deer brought them along for a visit. I hope I get to see some babies this year.
Yes, this is my favorite time of the year. I like the Fall too. Here in Pennsylvania the leaves turn such gorgeous colors, the air is so crisp, but after the Fall comes Winter. I can do without the cold and snow. How about you?
