End of Summer

I don’t know about you, but I have a love/hate relationship when it nears the end of August. The weather may still be nice, but the fact that winter is on its way kinda makes me feel blah. By the time 4:00 rolls around it’ll be dark.

I do enjoy Autumn and all the fall colors here in Northeastern Pa, but it’s the wildlife that I’ll miss the most. The chipmunks will be hibernating and this little guy in the photo will be migrating soon.

On the flip side I’ll be able to catch up on my reading and maybe tackle the closets which I had let go to pot because I preferred to be outside.

I suppose this is Mother Nature’s way of telling me to get off my butt and get some housecleaning done:)
